Dessert Bar Menu

The Dessert Bar will make your dreams on dessert come to reality. Who wants cupcakes and regular cake when they can have an event like no other? We have custom desserts that are not offered at other bakeries. The Dessert Bar not only makes wedding cakes, but a fabulous array of other desserts elegantly displayed to make any event memorable. We also have cupcakes in a variety of flavors that are too heavy for regular cake (ie. Italian cream, Mississippi mud, carrot, banana, strawberry and made with fresh fruit)

Wedding Cakes:

Cakes starting at $2.50 per person: White, Devils Food, Marble, Yellow

Specialty Flavors at $3.00 per person: Carrot, Red Velvet, Strawberry, Banana, Mint Chocolate, Cassada, Lemon etc. We can also make custom flavors of cake.

Fillings (each filling is an additional $.25 per person) Swiss meringue White Chocolate, Ganage, Fresh Strawberry, Pineapple, Blueberry, Raspberry, oreo, etc. We can also make custom fillings for cake.

Icing: Vanilla, Almond, Whipped, Cream Cheese. We can make custom icing flavors upon request.

Fondant Covered Cakes start at $3.50 per person.
$200 Wedding Cake Special:

It will feed 100 people. Flavors: white, yellow, or chocolate. Buttercream icing (flavored vanilla or almond) and buttercream filling. A ribbon in your color choice around each tier. No delivery (pick up required).
At the Dessert Bar, we work with your theme and colors to make the event one to be remembered. Custom desserts and cakes can be created upon request.
The Dessert Bar:

At your event, The Dessert Bar can include a small wedding cake and multiple desserts arranged in different levels to give added attention to the bar. Desserts can include:

banana pudding
flower pot
Mississippi mud cake
mean green
lemon supreme
banana split supreme
brownie madness
chocolate covered strawberries
and the chocolate fountain, just to name a few.

Dessert Bar Pricing:

Deposit for serving glassware required. Linens can be rented, cake design, set up and delivery extra.

100-200 guests (three tier cake 14, 10, 6 inch cakes, 4 dessert bowl desserts, platter of cupcakes, 2 cheesecakes, 4 candy selections)

Z Events offers Off-site catering for any occasion: Corporate Events, Weddings Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Charity Events, and Post Funeral Services. Z Events can customize a delicious menu for your next event or you’re welcome to select from one we have presented. Z Events is a full service caterer from beginning to end.

Offsite Catering- Friday and Saturday minimum budget required of $500. Monday through Thursday no minimum budget required. Custom catering available per event along with menu options.All catering orders need to be placed as far in advance as possible with a minimum of 4 business days.

Drop off Catering Special (minimum 50 people): $14 per person+ 12% gratuity = 1 Hot Appetizer, 1 Cold Appetizer,1 Salad, 2 Entree’s, 2 Sides, Rolls.

Breakfast Menu:

•Continental Breakfast: Coffee, Orange Juice, Danish variety, muffin variety, bagels (cream cheese and butter): per person $5.00 (fruit platter add $2.00)
•Pastry & Bread Tray only: $3.00 per person
•Hot Breakfast: Coffee, Orange Juice, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, bagels or toast (cream cheese and butter): per person $7.00
•Quiche: 9- inch pastry shell filled with your choice cut into your choice of 6 or 8 pieces: $12.00 each
•Custom breakfast options available upon request

Lunch Menu:

•Sandwich Platters: Deli Tray including sliced ham, roast beef, turkey, American cheese, cheddar cheese, provolone cheese mayonnaise, mustard, Italian bread, (choice of foo-foo or chopped salad), dressing, (choice of: pasta salad, potato salad, broccoli salad, chips, or hummus and pita chips), paper plates and plastic ware: $6.00 per person
•Croissant and Wrap Tray: chicken salad, ham, roast beef and turkey croissants and wraps (choice of foo-foo or chopped salad), dressing, (choice of: pasta salad, potato salad, broccoli salad, chips, or hummus and pita chips), paper plates and plastic ware: $7.50 per person

Salads:

•Foo-foo salad: mixed greens with grapes, strawberries, Gorgonzola cheese, candied walnuts with raspberry vinaigrette dressing: $5.00 per person
•Chopped Salad: Romaine and Ice Berg lettuce, grape tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, and red onion with choice of dressing: $4.00 per person
•Caesar Salad: Romaine lettuce, olives, croutons, Parmesan cheese with Caesar dressing $4.00 per person

Hot Lunch Items:

•Baked pepperoni penne with cheese, Italian Bread (butter), Cobb Salad $6.00 per person

China & Serving:

Some halls we work with have China. We are happy to assist you to save money wherever possible.

•Suggested to have 1 server per 25 people. 1 Bartender for every 50 people (if you select real china)
•18% gratuity added to all orders if serving is purchased. 4 Servers $20 per server per hour,
•5 or more servers $17 per hour per server. Bartender is $25 per hour.
•Linens and China equals around $5.00 to $6.00 per person if purchased together
•Foe china is $2.00 per person. Linens equal $1.50 per person (if foe china is selected it is suggested to have 1 server per 50 people)
